Data Deletion Request — Syneixa SmartChat

Syneixa SmartChat is an AI assistant that replies to customer messages on restaurants' Facebook Pages (Messenger). We store only what you write in the chat: your name, phone number, address and order details. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email aasemelswerki@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number you used with the restaurant and the name of the restaurant or Page you messaged.
3. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your conversation history and the bot's memory of you, any unfinished cart, and any related messages or notifications.
• Your name, phone number and address in past orders and complaints are anonymized (the order record remains without identity for the restaurant's accounting).

Note

Messages on Facebook and Messenger themselves remain with Meta according to its policies. We delete only the data we hold.
